The System for Award Management (SAM) is a unified system comprised of nine federal procurement systems. USCA assists with SAM registration and renewal enabling entities to bid on federal contracts and receive federal funding.

If you’re interested in doing business with the federal government or want to qualify for federal grants, among other things you’ll need to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and are required to renew each year. Though the registration and renewal process can be confusing, tedious and time-consuming, it’s necessary, and we’re committed to making it seamless. Comprised of staff with expertise specifically in the government procurement sector, the U.S. Contractor Administration was established to assist non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations, corporations, and small businesses better navigate what can often be an overwhelming process. This process requires a great deal of detail to ensure entities are registered accurately. Though going directly through is free, USCA provides a full-service to help ensure entities’ SAM registration and SAM renewal are completed properly and in compliance with federal government requirements.
