New to SAM and need assistance getting started? We assist entities with the preparation process and getting registered in the System for Award Management database. Registration is required in order to bid on U.S. Federal contracts and/or apply for grants. Our specialists assist with every step of the process as required, as well as DUNS number registration and ensuring your entity is properly categorized as it pertains to the business being conducted. The selected NACIS (North American Cartographic Information Society) codes among many other things are key in properly setting up your new profile and ensuring that your entity’s registration is complete and accurate. For some, this can be a daunting process, both tedious and confusing. We make it painless as possible to get you registered, and up and running with little to no knowledge. For most entities, we can typically get your new registration through the initial processing stage within 24 hours. Once registered, in order to continue to receive federal funding and awards, your registration must be updated annually. Existing SAM registrants who currently receive funding from the Federal Government know the importance of making sure their SAM registration is updated and active. If you are already familiar with the renewal process or have a dedicated person/department assigned to this task, then renewing your own SAM registration should be a fairly straight forward process for you. However, in other cases where that person may no longer be with the organization or you simply prefer a Renewal Specialist to handle this for you, USCA can assist. We work with schools, police departments, local municipalities, corporations, small businesses, and 501c3 non-profits to ensure entities are renewed prior to their expiration date, are in compliance, updated, and maintain active status as required. RFP Search & Submission
Finding federal contracts to bid on is a time-consuming task and requires experience in knowing what to look for. USCA aims to make this process more efficient for businesses by scouting potential Request for Proposals (RFPs) on their behalf, filtering and submitting them based on pre-defined requirements. We gather details such as ideal job type, location, duration and more, then notify you of any potential bids that meet those requirements and match your company’s capabilities. We can provide notifications via email or text and often within a few hours of a potential RFP becoming available. We have a dedicated team that can handle every aspect of the RFP and bid process including submission. Alternatively, for experienced individuals looking for a self-service option, we have a robust proprietary online database of RFPs, bids, and contracts that can be searched and filtered using a variety of parameters.
