SECTION 21 - PAYMENT SUBMISSIONS AND REFUND POLICY

The total amount indicated on the submitted registration/renewal form (hereinafter referred to as 'the form') is a one-time fee and is charged using the payment details on the form. By providing your digital signature, selecting the 'Agree to Terms' checkbox and submitting the form, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment details provided and authorize U.S. Contractor Administration to charge the card using those details in the amount indicated for services to be rendered. Refund requests will be honored if within 48 hours from submission for any unspecific reason or within 30 days if we are unable to renew your registration by fault, thus unable to render services as expected.

SECTION 22 - PASSIVE DATA COLLECTION, ACCOUNTABILITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION

In an effort to prevent potential fraud and hold accountable users of our site, U.S. Contractor Administration may collect passive data on users of our site, such as user's IP address, Geo-location, computer hardware and software used to access our website, user's operating system, device type, and browsing history. We do not share this information with any third-parties.
